1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NuaVantage website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

NuaVantage offers a range of digital innovation services including consulting, AI advisory, M365 implementation, low-code development, and training programmes. Detailed service descriptions are available on our website and in specific project agreements provided to clients.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in project delays or the temporary suspension of services.

Cancellations: For booked sessions (e.g., NuaStart audits, training workshops), we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Intellectual Property

NuaVantage retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, and frameworks used during our engagements. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use project deliverables for their internal business purposes. Specific ownership or licensing for custom-built applications will be outlined in project-specific service agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, NuaVantage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled exclusively in the Irish courts.
