Microsoft 365 and Copilot Staff Training for SMEs

The 6-Week AI Adoption Programme

This is the published route for an owner or a member of staff who can practise on their own work. You get 30 tasks by email, one each weekday, each about 15 minutes, over six weeks. You do them in Microsoft 365 Copilot. You can start any time. There is no cohort to wait for.

The programme costs €595 + VAT. Each participant needs a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. That licence is separate from the €595. If you do not have one, we can advise on it and, as a Microsoft CSP, supply it. We do not publish Microsoft’s licence price on this page.

Week 2 of the programme teaches a five-part prompt: Role, Context, Outcome, Audience and Success Criteria. The full week-by-week plan is on the 6-week programme page.

Training arranged for the whole team

Some teams want a session together, on their own files and their own Microsoft 365 tenant, rather than 30 solo tasks. That sits with AI training and with Microsoft 365 and Copilot training for SME teams. There is no published day rate for in-house training. Ask, and the scope is quoted for that team.

Staff do not need to be technical. The useful test is whether they can send an email and follow a short task on their own work.

What “staff training” is not

It is not a promise that a grant will pay the €595. Read grants and supports for AI training in Ireland and check eligibility with the funder.
It is not a claim about hours saved. Any time saving is what your own tracker shows after the six weeks, not a figure we publish in advance.
It does not remove the need to check Copilot’s output, or the rule about keeping personal and customer data out of the prompt.
