What the session covered
The webinar was delivered for Retail Ireland. It was practical AI for retail staff, with working examples and scenarios rather than a tour of features. One part of the session was a 5-point prompt approach:
- Role — who the assistant is acting as.
- Context — the situation, without pasting in customer personal data.
- Outcome — what you want back, such as a short reply or a list of options.
- Audience — who will read it.
- Success Criteria — how you will know the draft is good enough to edit.

Being I have never used AI this has now given me the confidence to give it a try.
